Bus Parts Warehouse accepts returns within 90 days of the invoice date. All items being returned will be subject to an inspection for damage, completeness, and general resaleability. Bus Parts Warehouse reserves the right to deny credit based upon the results of the inspection.
All returns must begin with a Return Authorization issued by our Customer Service team. The RA number should be written on the outside of the box containing the returned products. Credit will be issued immediately upon completion of the inspection.
Bus Parts Warehouse does not warranty any products ourselves. All warranty returns are subject to the policy of the manufacturer of the product. This process can take a few weeks to complete. If the part being warranted is critical the customer may want to purchase a replacement and have the warranty credit be applied to the original purpose.
Customers should inspect items upon delivery in case of damage during shipping. Once the customer has taken possession any damage found cannot be claimed and becomes the responsibility of the customer.
