Return Policy
Bus Parts Warehouse will accept returns within 90 days of customer receipt of the product. Management will evaluate the appropriate disposition of this product. We reserve the right to return, repair, replace or credit the parts at our discretion.
Warranty/Repair Policy
Bus Parts Warehouse will accept warranty repair or replacement products for the manufacturer. Warranty status is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. If warranty is denied by the manufacturer, you may not receive the product back. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Bus Parts Warehouse will accept repair products, to be sent to the manufacturer or approved repair facility, on your behalf. You will be billed by Bus Parts Warehouse for the cost of these repairs. If the product is determined to be non-repairable, you may not receive the product back. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
